Nexus AI (“Nexus AI”, “we”, “us”) is the seller and provider of the service. When you purchase a plan or use the platform, you are contracting with Nexus AI.

Our order process is handled through Stripe's secure checkout. For transactions where Stripe acts as the merchant of record, Stripe provides payment-related customer service and handles returns. Your bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside our name.

Nexus AI provides an AI workforce platform that builds and operates websites, apps, lead systems, follow-up automations, membership sites, client portals, and AI receptionist agents for your business, according to the plan you select.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service within the scope of your selected plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, and interference with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping).

Because Nexus AI uses generative AI, you must not use it to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety controls. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use the outputs, for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without qualified human oversight. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Rights holders may report infringing content to support@nexusaionline.com, and repeated infringement may result in termination.

Nexus AI retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe's secure checkout. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the payment terms shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

When your access ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable export window. You may request an export of your data by contacting support@nexusaionline.com before termination.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus AI is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
