2. What we collect and why
Account and contact data — your name, email address, phone number, and business name — used to create your account, provide the service, and communicate with you (legal basis: performance of a contract).
Project and booking data — project names, types, timelines, budgets, and descriptions you submit through our forms or AI receptionist — used to scope, build, and launch your projects (legal basis: performance of a contract).
Support and conversation data — messages you send to our AI receptionist and support team — used to respond to you and improve the service (legal basis: legitimate interests).
Usage and device data — IP address, device identifiers, and telemetry about how you use the site — used for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).
Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe, our secure payment provider, and is governed by Stripe's own privacy terms; we do not store your card details.
3. Who we share data with
Service providers and subprocessors that help us host, operate, and support the platform (hosting, analytics, and support tooling).
Stripe, our payment provider, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
Professional advisers (legal and accounting) where needed, and authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@nexusaionline.com. We respond within one month.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can view personal data.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as authentication sessions). If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this notice and provide a way to manage your preferences.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
